For non-fuel-injected motorcycles, you'll need a Motogadget Motoscope Breakout Box (available as model 936577 for Breakout Box A or 936578 for Breakout Box B for universal applications). This allows the indicator lights to function properly on carburetor-equipped bikes.
Yes, the shift light is fully adjustable from 0 to 20,000 RPM. You can customize the threshold at which the shift light activates, allowing you to tune it to your motorcycle's optimal shift point.
When powered off, the 512 red LEDs in the digital matrix are inactive, making the display completely invisible. Only the black dial face and white analog needle are visible, creating a purely classic instrument appearance. The LEDs only illuminate when the motorcycle is running.
