How do I create an account?

You can create an account by going to the Shop and clicking on 'Account'. Fill in your details and your account will be active immediately. With an account you can track your orders and checkout faster.

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer. All payments are securely processed via Mollie.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible via chat or email hello@dappermotor.com. Custom products and made-to-order products unfortunately cannot be cancelled.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free for orders over €250. For all other countries, shipping is free for orders over €350. Below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination (PostNL rates).

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery times by region: Netherlands 1-2 business days, Belgium/Luxembourg 2-3 business days, Germany/France/rest of EU 3-5 business days, UK/Switzerland/Norway 5-7 business days, US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand 7-14 business days. Products that are out of stock will be ordered for you (7-14 business days). Made-to-order products have a delivery time of 18-30 business days. Merchandise (clothing) is produced on demand and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With this you can track your package in real-time via the carrier's website.

You have 14 days to return from receipt of your order. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Custom products and merchandise (clothing) made specifically for you cannot be returned.

First contact us via the chat on our website or send an email to hello@dappermotor.com with your order number. You will receive instructions for returning. Once we receive and check the product, we will refund the amount within 5 business days.

How does the custom build process work?

It starts with a non-binding conversation where we discuss your wishes. Then we create a detailed plan and quote. After approval we start the build, during which you receive regular updates. The total lead time depends on the complexity, on average 3-6 months.

The price varies greatly depending on your wishes. A subtle upgrade can start from a few thousand euros, while a full custom build can run into tens of thousands of euros. Request a non-binding quote for an accurate price indication.

Do I get warranty on a custom build?

Yes, you get 2 years warranty on all work performed by us and mounted parts. This also applies to engine overhaul and other mechanical components.

Can I have my own motorcycle converted?

Yes, we build based on your own motorcycle as well as with a donor selected by us. If your own motorcycle is used, we first assess the condition and discuss whether it is suitable for your plans.

We sell both original BMW parts and high-quality aftermarket alternatives. Each product clearly indicates whether it is OEM (original) or aftermarket. Both are high quality and tested.

How do I maintain my custom parts?

Aluminum parts can be polished with a special polish. Leather parts should be treated with leather grease or conditioner. Stainless steel parts are maintenance-free. We provide maintenance advice with each product.
