The DMD Retro comes in 3 shell sizes covering XS to 2XL (head circumference 53–64 cm). Measure your head with a soft tape around your forehead and ears. The washable interior liner features Velcro adjustment for a custom fit within each size. If you're between sizes, the larger is generally the safer choice.

Yes. The DMD Retro is designed with long-ride comfort in mind. The lightweight fiberglass composite shell (approximately 1100 g) reduces neck and shoulder fatigue. The adjustable, washable interior liner provides a custom fit, and the padded leatherette chin strap absorbs pressure. As an open-face helmet, it also offers greater airflow than full-face designs.
The Double D-ring closure is a proven system with two D-rings on each side of the chin strap. You thread the strap end through both rings: first one, then back through the other. This creates a strong, adjustable knot that won't come undone, even on impact. It's secure and simple to fasten and unfasten.
