Yes, this YSS ME302-350T is compatible with all BMW K75 and K100 models. The mounting dimensions are standard for both series.
ABE is the German type approval. It only expires if you choose a different length than original. With 350mm length, ABE approval remains valid.
You adjust the spring pre-load with the included tool. This allows you to tune the shock to your weight and riding style.
The difference is in the color scheme of the shock absorber. Technical specifications remain the same for all editions.
