Does this system fit all BMW K models?

Yes, this pro-link system is compatible with BMW K75, K100 and K1100 models. The mounting points are identical for this series.

Why can't I use a standard shock absorber?

With horizontal mounting, oil and gas mix in regular shock absorbers, causing damping failure. This YSS shock has a separating piston that prevents this.

Is the shock absorber adjustable?

Yes, you can adjust spring preload and rebound damping. The black knob at the bottom controls rebound, compression adjusts automatically.

Does this system have ABE approval for Germany?

No, this custom system does not have ABE approval for Germany or Switzerland. Only the YSS components have TÜV certification.

Can I order just the swingarm part?

Yes, you can order the kit without shock absorber if you want to mount your own damper. Make sure it's suitable for horizontal mounting.
