Account verwijderen: Dapper Connect

Dapper Connect is de app van Dapper Motor (Haarlem, KvK 30282798). In Google Play staat Ecommerce Manager als ontwikkelaar. Hieronder lees je hoe je je account en je gegevens laat verwijderen, ook als je de app niet meer hebt.

1. In de app

Open Dapper Connect, ga naar Account > Account verwijderen en bevestig met je wachtwoord. Je account en je gegevens gaan direct weg.

2. Zonder de app

Mail vanaf het e-mailadres van je account naar info@dappermotor.com, met als onderwerp "Account verwijderen Dapper Connect". Wij bevestigen je verzoek per mail aan dat adres en verwijderen je account binnen 30 dagen. Mail je vanaf een ander adres, dan vragen we eerst of het account echt van jou is.

3. Wat we verwijderen

Je account en profiel, met naam, e-mailadres en wachtwoord.
Je garage: motoren, foto's, onderhoud en bandenmetingen.
Je ritten en opgeslagen routes.
Je bekenden, uitnodigingen, chats en afgesproken ritten.
De Mate-kanalen die je hebt aangemaakt, en je lidmaatschap van andere kanalen.
De schermafbeeldingen bij je feedback.

4. Wat blijft, en hoe lang

Bestellingen en facturen uit de webshop: 7 jaar, want dat is wettelijk verplicht. Wil je ook je klantaccount in de webshop kwijt, zet dat dan in je mail.
Misbruikmeldingen en het chatfragment dat daarbij hoort: hoogstens 24 maanden, zonder koppeling aan je verwijderde account.
De tekst van je feedback en eerdere foutmeldingen: zonder koppeling aan je account.
Heb je je afgemeld voor uitnodigingen per e-mail, dan bewaren we die afmelding als versleutelde vingerafdruk, zodat je geen uitnodiging meer krijgt.
Back-ups van onze server: wat je verwijdert, verdwijnt daar uiterlijk na 4 maanden uit.

Delete your account: Dapper Connect

Dapper Connect is the app of Dapper Motor (Haarlem, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 30282798). In Google Play the developer is listed as Ecommerce Manager. Below you can read how to have your account and your data deleted, also if you no longer have the app.

1. In the app

Open Dapper Connect, go to Account > Delete account and confirm with your password. Your account and your data are deleted immediately.

2. Without the app

Email info@dappermotor.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Account verwijderen Dapper Connect" (or "Delete account Dapper Connect"). We confirm your request by email to that address and delete your account within 30 days. If you email from a different address, we first check that the account is really yours.

3. What we delete

Your account and profile, with name, email address and password.
Your garage: motorcycles, photos, maintenance and tyre measurements.
Your rides and saved routes.
Your contacts, invitations, chats and planned rides.
The Mate channels you created, and your membership of other channels.
The screenshots with your feedback.

4. What is kept, and for how long

Orders and invoices from the webshop: 7 years, because the law requires it. If you also want your webshop customer account removed, say so in your email.
Abuse reports and the chat excerpt that goes with them: at most 24 months, without any link to your deleted account.
The text of your feedback and earlier crash reports: without any link to your account.
If you unsubscribed from invitations by email, we keep that unsubscribe as an encrypted fingerprint, so you get no more invitations.
Backups of our server: what you delete disappears from them at the latest after 4 months.
