1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Dapper Motor website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Dapper Motor provides custom motorcycle building, restoration, and maintenance services, as well as an online shop for motorcycle parts and accessories. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

3. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Custom build quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• Bancontact
• Visa
• Mastercard
• PayPal
• Apple Pay

Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. For custom builds, a deposit may be required as specified in your quote.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and select EU countries

6. Returns and Refunds

Standard products:

• 14-day return policy for unused items in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items

Custom builds and services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranty

Products sold through our shop carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. Custom build work is warranted against defects in workmanship for 12 months from completion. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Dapper Motor and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dapper Motor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Holland.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
