BMW publishes it free of charge, always in the latest revision. Finding the right one is the work: 29 editions for this model alone. The type code below is in your frame number, so with the bike in front of you it is a matter of reading it off. Pick Heritage on their site and look for the code.

About this manual
The owner's manual is the book BMW supplied with the motorcycle, and BMW still publishes it, free and in the latest revision. It covers the R18, and it is the book to reach for when you want the figure the factory intended: the oil the engine takes, the gap on a spark plug, the pressure in the tires, which fuse protects which circuit.
