By accessing the Dapper Motor website (dappermotor.com) and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store, custom build requests, and any other services provided by Dapper Motor.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• All product descriptions, specifications, and images are for indicative purposes only and may contain inaccuracies
• Colours, dimensions, and materials shown on screen may differ from the actual product due to monitor settings and photographic limitations
• Technical specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be updated without prior notice
• No rights can be derived from the information published on this website
• Errors or inaccuracies in product information do not entitle the customer to delivery at incorrect terms

4. Pricing & Errors

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices are subject to typographical and printing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors. In the event of obvious pricing errors, Dapper Motor is not obligated to deliver the product at the incorrect price.
• If a price is clearly incorrect (e.g. significantly below market value), we reserve the right to cancel the order, even after order confirmation has been sent
• In the event of a price correction, you will be informed and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order
• Custom build quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

5. Orders & Cancellation

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors or product information inaccuracies
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Insufficient stock or product discontinuation
• Inability to verify payment or customer information
• Orders that appear to be placed for resale purposes without prior agreement

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding agreement is only formed when the product is shipped or, in the case of custom builds, when we explicitly confirm acceptance of the order in writing.

We accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL
• Bancontact
• Visa
• Mastercard
• PayPal
• Apple Pay

Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. For custom builds, a deposit may be required as specified in your quote. All payments are processed securely through Mollie, our certified payment service provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss and damage passes to the customer upon delivery
• We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and select other EU countries
• Dapper Motor is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

8. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s)
• Custom-made products and personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@dappermotor.com with your order number before returning the item.

9. Warranty

Products sold through our shop carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. Custom build work is warranted against defects in workmanship for 12 months from completion. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, photographs, and designs, is the property of Dapper Motor and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer

No rights can be derived from the information on this website.

• Dapper Motor provides this website and its contents on an “as is” basis
• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses
• Product availability shown on the website may not reflect real-time stock levels
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Dapper Motor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

13. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you agree to the processing of your data as described therein.

14. Force Majeure

Dapper Motor is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supplier failures, transport disruptions, government actions, or IT system failures.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of North Holland, the Netherlands. For EU consumers: you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
