• Can I return the helmet if it doesn't fit?

• How do I maintain my Bell helmet?

  Clean the exterior with a soft cloth and lukewarm water with mild soap. The interior liner is removable and washable at 30°C on most models. Never use solvents or aggressive cleaning agents. Store the helmet in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

• What is the lifespan of a motorcycle helmet?

  Bell recommends replacing your helmet every 5 years, even without visible damage. UV radiation, sweat, and normal wear degrade the EPS foam that protects your head. After any crash or impact, always replace the helmet immediately, even if there's no visible damage.

• Why is the Custom 500 Carbon more expensive than the regular Custom 500?

  The Custom 500 Carbon uses a carbon fiber shell that is lighter and stronger than fiberglass. The production process is more intensive, resulting in a premium price. In return, you get a lighter weight and more exclusive appearance.
